Who we are

Innovation has no postcode.

RIDLDI is a Nigerian non-profit equipping people — from Plateau State farmlands to Lagos suburbs — with the digital skills, entrepreneurial backing, and climate resilience to author their own futures.

We don't believe communities need saving. We believe they need unlocking. Registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission in Abuja in 2026, we run hands-on training programmes, entrepreneurship incubators, and community-led climate adaptation — meeting people where they are, with tools that work.

Our impact

Measured in people, not promises.

Every number here is a person who walked into a training room and walked out with a new skill, a new income stream, or a new way to protect their community.

On the ground · Jos, Plateau State · 2025

Where the work happens.

In partnership with Hamzury Innovation, RIDLDI delivered its first major training programme in Jos — equipping over 60 participants from rural and urban communities with practical digital skills.

Success stories

Lives, in their own words.

I walked in able to use a phone and walked out building websites. Three months later I had my first paying client. RIDLDI didn’t hand me anything — they unlocked what was already there.
Amina Yusuf
Web Developer · Jos cohort
The entrepreneurship track changed how I think about my farm. I now sell produce online and track everything digitally. My income has nearly doubled in a year.
Daniel Okeke
Agripreneur · Plateau State
As a woman in a rural community, I never imagined a career in tech. The mentorship made it real. I am now a junior data analyst working remotely.
